Whereas delivery date of power for Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.,
and Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. is not later than 1.4.2011 while for
Pashchimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. and Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam
Ltd., it is 1.4.2010. |

And whereas the petitioner is proposing, in these petitions, single stage
bidding by combining RFQ and RFP processes. |

And whereas these petitions are seeking approval of deviations from ’Guidelines for Determination of Tariff by Bidding Process for Procurement of Power
by Distribution Licensees’ dt. 19.1.05 and amendments thereof standard bid
documents made there under by the Central Government and the RFP documents . |

Therefore, the Petitioner is directed to put the above mentioned Petitions
along with the relevant documents on its website www.uppcl.org and also make
available hard copies of the same, for inspection by any person during office hours,
at its Registered Office at 3rd Floor, Shakti Bahwan Ext., 14, Ashok Marg, Lucknow. |

comments/objections/ suggestions to the above petition in writing directly to the
Commission at Kisan Mandi Bhawan, 2nd Floor, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, with an
