Shri R.D. Pal (Born on 5th July 1948) joined as U.P. Electricity Ombudsman on 16.08.2005. He has worked as Managing Director of three State Govt. owned Corporations for about five years, prior to joining the post of Electricity Ombudsman, he was working in UPPCL and is having an experience of about 32 years in distribution transmission, vigilance and management field etc. Besides holding degree in Electrical Engineering, he has graduated in the field of Law also.
